Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
1. Warm up - 1800 meter row on ConceptII ergometer
2. Training - 10 sets of "Cindy"
3. Cool down - Swim 20 minutes
