45 pound Dumbbell squat snatch, left arm, 21 reps
45 pound Dumbbell squat snatch, right arm, 21 reps
42 Pull-ups
45 pound Dumbbell squat snatch, left arm, 15 reps
45 pound Dumbbell squat snatch, right arm, 15 reps
30 Pull-ups
45 pound Dumbbell squat snatch, left arm, 9 reps
45 pound Dumbbell squat snatch, right arm, 9 reps
18 Pull-ups
COULDN'T DO IT!
Used 40lb for first round, then 21 pull ups
Used 35lb for 2nd round, then 15 pull ups
Used 35lb for third round, then 9 pull ups
Time: 18.23
My legs were spent (may have been from the squats yesterday), and my lungs were burning before I got to the first set of pull ups. Man, I am a wuss.
