2015, Week 1

Working on sleep fitness this week.  All stop at 10:30 pm to ensure at least 7.5 hours of sleep (5 cycles).  Will be a challenge to keep other daily habits going.  As for blog posts, time box each day is 15 minutes max for consistency and limits.  We'll see how things go this week.
