4 x 1-min sets increasing intensity - level 6, 7, 8, 9 (7.2-10.0 mph)
2 min jog - Intensity Level 5
Completed 2.6 miles, Avg 7:42 min/mile
Cool down w/5 min walk & 15 min yoga
