Warm-up: 10 min jog on treadmill

Crossfit circuit for time:
25 walking lunges
20 pull-ups
50 box steps
20 squat jumps
25 dips
20 hanging knees to elbows
30 55# db swings
30 sit-ups
25 back extensions
30 12# medicine ball tosses
16 towel pull-ups
TIME: 25 minutes

Cool down: 20 min swim
