Catching Up

Great posts, Mark! Your AM family workout circuit is very motivating. I'm looking forward to trying it out later this month!

SATURDAY
Ran 1:20 with Jack. Had planned on 16 miles, but listened to our bodies and cut the distance in half. Felt great the next day instead of over trained. Good decision to take it easier.

FRIDAY
Body still sore from Monday's Crossfit. Chest, arms, and abs were only muscle groups ready to be worked.

1. Row 1000m, easy
2. Superset: 3 x 10r of DB press 35, 40, 45# & plyoball sit-ups
3. Superset: 2 x 10r of DB curls 30, 35# & 45# triceps DB ext.
4. Swim 750m: 3 x 50 kick, 50 pull, 100 swim; 100 IM; 50 breast
