8/7 WOD

For time:150 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
Subbed 150 thrusters using 20lb dumbells in each hand = 11.05 time
Will not be working out tomorrow so that I can have fairly fresh legs for the 8k mud run on Saturday. Have a great weekend and happy crossfitting!
