BOB and ROB- What do you guys do before you do the WOD? In other words what all do you do to warm up? I usually stretch on my own and then do the Crossfit warm up. I used to max the whole thing then I changed to doing the minimum number of reps each exercise (10).

Mark,

I do most of my WODs on my lunch break, so sometimes I only do a quick stretch. Most of the time I will do a samson stretch for 15 seconds per leg, and then 2 rounds of: 10 push ups, pull ups, overhead squats with a broomstick. If the WOD consists of an exercise that I am not comfortable with, then I may do the exercise with minimal weight as my warm up.
