Soo...Monday the 21st was the last time I posted. It's been a week. I felt something pinch in my left inner thigh while I was doing walking lunges, (From the 50's work out on the 21st) I felt it the next couple of days, so I didn't work out. I over did it a bit on that Monday, so I rested for a couple days. I did the
Crossfit warm-up on Thursday. Kept it light. I didn't work out again until yesterday. Monday the 28
th. Grandma and Grandpa D. were visiting, so we all went to the aquatic center to swim. We stayed for two hours. Swam, went down the big twisty slide, climbed the water climbing wall, and off the diving boards. It was a lot of fun! I really enjoyed the climbing wall. It looks like a traditional climbing wall, not as high, when you get to the top, you fall into the water. So...it wasn't a
