Back home! I love home. Worked out this morning with Mark and Jonah. I missed our garage gym. I did the
Crossfit warm up....3 rounds, 10 reps of each. Then I did 4 sets of dead lift, hang clean, push press and then back squat. Went from 15lbs, to 20lbs, to 25lbs, and finally 35lbs. Building my way up to heavier weight each time. Then I dead lifted 55lbs, 3 times. I felt good doing them. I'm loving these
Crossfit work outs!! It's fun lifting weights. I look forward to our family work outs. ~Jen
