This is my first time posting on my own. But today I did the same work-out as dad. (m37) For the first set I used 15 lbs. Then the second set I used 20 lbs. Then the last set I used 25
pounds. For the pull-ups, I made it up to 6
mins. Altogether I did 50 pull-us. (30 of them were from the
Crossfit warm up.)
